The 3D Fitness & Wellness Studio provides a holistic support system to health and strength through customized training, flexible scheduling,

and personalized attention.Whether you work with 3D Fitness and Wellness in the 3D studio, at your home, outside in the fresh air, or virtually,

you will find fitness through mobility, balance, and strength. The focus is not to exhaust you, but to give you the ability to:

  • Move without restrictions or pain and sustain healthy physical activity

  • Limit falls through coordination and maintain neuromuscular control within your nervous system

  • Increase muscle mass and bone density to avoid osteoporosis and lead a healthy life with unnecessary bone breaks.

 

By working with 3D Fitness and Wellness Studio, you can regain a healthy posture through mitigating issues of the spine, shoulders, neck, and

hips as well as reciprocal inhibition, the neuromuscular reflex that inhibits opposing muscle movement. Your unique metabolism, level of

physical activity, dietary challenges are all considerations in constructing an activity program to ensure your fitness. As your fitness improves,

your program is refined to take you to the fitness level you desire. Each session is designed to move you step-by-step to the next level, the level

you wish to achieve. 3D Fitness & Wellness uses an array of physical fitness conditioning, neurokinetic therapy, corrective exercise, massage

therapy, and yoga practice.

What brings people to 3D3D clients have one or more of these characteristics:

  • Tend to be older, ranging in age from 40 to 80. 

  • ‘Graduated’ from physical therapy but have lingering physical challenges or restrictions 

  • Have let their fitness lapse and decide to ‘get healthy again” 

  • Feel the need for discipline of scheduled workouts 

  • Are hesitant to exercise without guidance of an expert

  • Don’t like the cookie cutter approach of most gym trainers

  • Are willing to commit to one, two or three sessions per week over six to twelve months

I needed a trainer to help me get and stay fit - strong and healthy and because I am not an athlete I needed a trainer who understands what is possible and not possible for my body.
